Technical description

This T-profile, made of hot-dip galvanised steel, is designed to meet the structural requirements of railway and industrial installations.

With a total length of 4.2 metres, it has a stable geometry that provides excellent mechanical strength when integrated into a concrete base.

The holes punched at regular intervals on its base plate allow for precise and secure anchoring to the ground before the concrete is poured. This method of fixing guarantees an optimal connection between the profile and the structure, ensuring a perfectly rigid and durable hold over time.

Thanks to its hot-dip galvanisation, this profile benefits from very high corrosion resistance, even in outdoor conditions, in damp environments or when exposed to road spray. It therefore offers far greater durability than unprotected or pre-galvanised solutions.

Variations

We can supply profiles in many different lengths: 0.9 m, 1.8 m, 3 m, 3.6 m, etc. We can adapt to the lengths requested by the customer.

Applications

These beams are used in particular in level crossings or any other road crossing areas.
