A benchmark in the field of air conditioning systems.

AF Frigo Clima Impianti S.r.l. was founded in 2002 as a new benchmark in the air conditioning systems sector, developing activities in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning systems in the civil and industrial sectors, specialising in particular in the railway sector.

During those same years, with the development of air conditioning in the national railway market, at the request of the end customer, product suppliers had to guarantee an after-sales service network to provide assistance for the installations put in place. The scope of intervention and the distribution of railway vehicles throughout the country, in addition to specific technical expertise, required maximum flexibility and versatility, fundamental characteristics for satisfying customer needs and minimising any type of inefficiency.

AF Frigo Clima Impianti S.r.l. carries out:

• Maintenance and/or repair of air conditioning units, both to comply with specific contracts and to assist with the maintenance of installations.
• Cleaning and disinfection of air conditioning system air ducts, descaling and disinfection of hydraulic systems.
• Order management, from the initial phase, including handling commercial aspects, then planning, development and supervision of activities, is ensured by the presence of project managers who guarantee control of project progress phases in accordance with defined objectives and technical specifications, coordinating all company functions involved in the project development process.

Assembly and servicing:

AF Frigo Clima Impianti S.r.l. employs specialised technicians for:

• the assembly, on its own premises, of air conditioning units or spare parts relating to the thermodynamic refrigeration circuit, wiring and electrical connections on board the machine, as well as leak testing and electrical testing on test benches;
• specialised assistance for extraordinary maintenance work on air conditioning/refrigeration units at the end customer's premises;
• overhauling existing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Production processes are monitored as part of a quality system and production is carried out according to customer specifications in order to optimise lead times and costs.
