The CALIPRI X track-side monitoring system automatically measures train wheelsets in seconds, on the track. NETBEE ForceBEE
NETBEE ForceBEE – winner of the ERCI Innovation Award 2023 – measures the force of braking systems (pad/disc or shoe/wheel) and parking brakes. The main innovation lies in the use of thin-film sensors placed directly between the pad and the disc or between the shoe and the wheel. The sensor captures unaltered measurement data across the entire surface of the brake shoe. The entire process can be controlled via a tablet at up to 45 measurement points simultaneously. The sensors are placed directly at the measurement points and all data is transferred wirelessly to the tablet.
